Candice was an American actress who rose to stardom playing Caroline Forbes on the popular CW show The Vampire Diaries. Though Candice became famous for her acting skills, she began her career as a musician. The album she released her debut, Always the Innocent People in United States, was released in the year 2009. The album features 12 songs that she composed. She was simultaneously working on her acting skills as well as guest staring in two series including How I Met Your Mother. While she was able to sustain a stable career, her big break didn't happen until The Vampire Diaries. It was the first show to make the name of her character a household one. Candice King received praise for her outstanding acting skills and performances. She reprised her role on every season of the show that lasted over 171 episodes. She played her role on the spin-off show The Originals and in 2021, Legacies.
